The study used LEfSe analysis to identify the airway microbiota that were differentially altered among the transplant groups. Only those taxa with LDA scores 4.0 were ultimately considered, and a total of 19 differential taxa were identified. However, in Fig 4C, 'Actinobacteria' was documented twice.
Additionally, the study documented both "Fusobacteria" and "Fusobacteriia," which are homotypic synonyms. Thus, "Fusobacteria" was omitted since it shares the same taxonomy ID. Consequently, only 17 taxa are curated.
