Discuss Stool microbiome and metabolome differences between colorectal cancer patients and healthy adults

Apart from the Antibiotics exclusion criteria of 2 months, other exclusion criteria used in this study include regular use of NSAIDS, statins, or probiotics, individuals reporting chronic bowel disorders or food allergies/dietary restrictions and an additional exclusion for CRC patients in chemotherapy or radiation treatments prior to surgery.
