Discuss Short-Term Dietary Intervention with Whole Oats Protects from Antibiotic-Induced Dysbiosis

Over half of the signatures especially the ones with MGBC tags in Experiment one were not present in the NCBI taxonomy directory as well as Uniprot. A search on google did not yield anything helpful and this could be because such taxa are novel specicies or have not yet been documented. I was able to discover though that one of the signatures Erysipelatoclostridium cocleatum was a basonym for Clostridium cocleatum which is now identified as Thomasclavelia cocleata in NCBI and so entered the taxonomy ID of Thomasclavelia cocleata for Erysipelatoclostridium cocleatum.
