Discuss Association of fecal short-chain fatty acids with clinical severity and gut microbiota in essential tremor and its difference from Parkinson's disease

I was going through the study and faced two issues while curating it. First, the sequencing platform mentioned in the paper was the "Novaseq" platform, but no such option was available in the drop-down menu. Here's the reference to the line where the platform is mentioned.

"Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification of 16 S rRNA genes was performed using general bacterial primers (357 F and 806 R) with a two-step amplicon library built on the Novaseq platform."

Secondly, as per the research paper, the confounder is "medication," but again, no such option is available.
