The following genera curated in this experiment for Gut and oral microbial community structure based on 16 S rRNA gene sequencing were described as the phylotype genera by the authors: LLKB (Lachnospiraceae; LLKB01000001), PAC001043 (Lachnospiraceae, AJ576336), PAC001032 (Lachnospiraceae, unpublished), PAC001115 (Christensenellaceae, HQ716403) PAC000661 (Oscillospiraceae; JN713389) PAC002046 (Lachnospiraceae, GQ897562), and Eubacterium_ g23 (Oscillospiraceae, GQ502529) were the phylotype genera (Family, NCBI accession number). The following species curated in this experiment for Gut microbial species-level community structures based on whole-genome shotgun sequencing were described as phylotype species by the Authors Faecalibacterium FP929045 (AJ270470), Faecalibacterium GL538271 (GL538271), Prevotella VZCB (VZCB01000106), Faecalibacterium GG697149 (GG697149) and Lachnospira CZBV (CZBV01000019) were phylotype species (NCBI accession number).
