The following species curated in this experiment for Gut microbial species-level community structures based on whole-genome shotgun sequencing were described as phylotype species by the Authors Faecalibacterium FP929045 (AJ270470), Faecalibacterium GL538271 (GL538271), Prevotella VZCB (VZCB01000106), Faecalibacterium GG697149 (GG697149) and Lachnospira CZBV (CZBV01000019) were phylotype species (NCBI accession number).
