Discuss Injection of amyloid-β to lateral ventricle induces gut microbiota dysbiosis in association with inhibition of cholinergic anti-inflammatory pathways in Alzheimer's disease
Documentation of my curation:
The study has a control group with 3 experiments (at baseline, 2 weeks after surgery, and 4 weeks after surgery).
The second group is the PBS administered sham-operated group, same 3 experiments.
The third group is the Aβ intracerebroventricular injection (i.c.v) group, same 3 experiments.
Only the week 4 after surgery had significant differences so that’s all I was able to curate signatures for.
This meant I had to make the control group the group 0 for the second and third groups (the PBS-administered sham-operated and the Aβ intracerebroventricular injection (i.c.v) groups respectively); meaning there are only 6 experiments.
Initially, I was a bit confused about if it (the control group) should have its own (3) experiments or if it should stay as corresponding with the other experimental groups.
I realized it had to stay curated along side the other 2 groups for the sake of comparing the significant difference in both groups in week 4 after surgery (the only week with significant difference to be curated).
