Discuss Limited Impact of SARS-CoV-2 on the Human Naso-Oropharyngeal Microbiota in Hospitalized Patients/Experiment 1/Signature 1

Prevotella_7 , a signature under the experiment 1 and 2, NCBI Taxonomy Id could not be specifically found, rather a suggestion was given as Prevotella sp.1-8 which was created.

Same thing goes for a signature whose name wasn't included but a code - "F0058" in both experiment 1 and 2. After browsing through the NCBI platform and searching through google no complete name / taxonomy ID was found so I had to leave it that way.

Another Microbiome was mentioned as "TM7x" under experiment 3, after searching through the NCBI BROSWER for an Id which could not be found, I searched through google and found its new name as "NANOSYNBACTER" which was curated.

For Experiment 6; (Figure 4A) The alpha diversity indices of Richness and Shannon that were both unchanged was gotten from the alpha diversity of Covid vs Non covid group.
