I am a data scientist specializing in the healthcare domain and a bioinformatics enthusiast. I hold a bachelor's degree in Microbiology from the University of Lagos, where my thesis centered on the role of gut microbiota in chronic inflammatory diseases.
I have contributed to two microbial signature studies in reputable journals and I have experience using tools like QIIME2, DADA2, and MEGA for taxonomic profiling.
