My name is Kavya, and I am a second year student at CUNY SPH. My concentration in the MPH degree I am pursuing is Epidemiology and Biostatistics. I am excited to begin curating studies and contributing to the BugSigDB project. I hold a B.S. in neurobiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and have worked as a research assistant in the past in the field of behavioral psychology. As I continue to navigate how I want to utilize my public health degree, I look forward to challenging myself and exploring new areas of study in working with the Waldron Lab on this project for my fall fieldwork.
