I am Anju Maurya, the first person in my family to attend college. I come from a remote village in India and am currently a junior student at the University of Lucknow, majoring in Computer Science. I started learning about technology when I came to college, and since then, I have been exploring and acquiring knowledge about the tech world, building a skillset that will enable me to get a job in tech. My interests lie in programming, problem-solving, research, and data analysis, and I love exploring data to uncover insights. I aspire to be a data analyst. I have also developed a keen interest in Open Source Contributions, and I was recently selected as an Outreachy applicant, which will allow me to begin my open-source contribution journey. I am very excited about this opportunity to enhance my skills and knowledge while making contributions to the open-source community.
