Great Alume Odigiri, and my journey is one marked by diverse experiences and a relentless drive to make a positive impact. My educational foundation was built upon a Second Class degree in BSc. Biology from Benue State University. Over the years, I have accumulated more than five years of valuable post-NYSC experience, during which I took on roles such as Operations Manager, Class Manager, and Pedagogue. My skill set encompasses a wide range of competencies, including training, management, administration, and problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Suites, Excel Spreadsheets, and strong documentation skills are among my key attributes. Additionally, my ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally, is one of my strengths, along with strong interpersonal skills. Throughout my career, I've made significant contributions to various organizations. For instance, in my role as a Project Executive Support at the British School of Project Management and Christian Medical Foundation, I successfully planned and executed medical expos, conducted workshops, and played a pivotal role in proposal writing and reporting. During my tenure as a Medical Audit Client Call Representative at The Outsource Global Limited, I handled inbound and outbound calls, meticulously audited client medical records, and produced detailed reports. My experience as a Relationships/Operations Manager at Rarevirtue Consult allowed me to oversee daily operations, manage client relationships, and actively participate in the recruitment process. I am deeply passionate about education, and this is evident in my roles as a Class Manager/Pedagogue at Roemichs International School and Victory Secondary School. In these positions, I developed comprehensive lesson materials, maintained detailed student records, ensured a conducive learning environment, and provided mentorship to students. Furthermore, my commitment to community service is reflected in my role as a Center Coordinator at Youth with a Purpose (YWAP), where I supervised day-to-day activities, recruited team leaders, and executed projects. I've also been an active member of the Nigerian Red Cross Society and contributed to the Epidemiology Unit in Makurdi and Shalom Laboratories in Otukpo as a Laboratory Attendant. In terms of education, I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Benue State University, and I've achieved excellence in both WAEC and NECO examinations. I've also pursued professional development through certifications, including one from Harvard University, which further enhanced my knowledge and skills. With a solid educational foundation, a wealth of professional experiences, and a strong commitment to community service, I believe I am well-equipped to excel in various domains and continue making a meaningful impact.
