Please leave a comment in the commit edit if deleting something from a signature, e.g. Diet, physical activity and screen time but not body mass index are associated with the gut microbiome of a diverse cohort of college students living in university housing: a cross-sectional study/Experiment 2/Signature 2 - something being unmapped to the NCBI taxonomy is not reason to delete it, only if it were not present in the signature. Can you clarify why you deleted this unknown taxon ( f__Paraprevotellaceae)?

I am sorry for the inconvenience, I think I after deleting f__Paraprevotellaceae, I added paraprevotellacea ID according to what I found but that was not saved I guess. I am sorry for that.
