Hi Peace, just checking some of the pages you worked on recently and have questions about a few of them - can you re-check and respond?
- The Gut Microbiome Is Altered in a Letrozole-Induced Mouse Model of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome/Experiment 1 - signature 2 is marked as "incomplete"
- Gut Dysbiosis in Patients with Anorexia Nervosa/Experiment 1 - why no 16S variable regions specified?
- Self-Balance of Intestinal Flora in Spouses of Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis/Experiment 1 - the Incomplete signatures here look very suspect - too many for one experiment, Roseburia appearing repeatedly in both increase/decrease signatures?

I did a clean up task on these studies, I didn't spot these errors, I'll go over them and make necessary changes on the curation.
I'm currently working on the studies you spotlighted i noticed that the initaial curators, made some mistakes and the experiments and signatures are not correct.
