Description: Differential abundance analysis and identification of representative genera as predictive signatures through linear discriminant analysis (LDA) with effect size measurements (LEfSe) analysis and a random forest model to discriminate between patients with poorly controlled diabetes with and without latent tuberculosis infection (LTBI).
