Description: Relative Abundances (RA) for the category sex of the three represented phyla in the fecal microbiota. RA were compared with the Kruskal-Wallis non-parametric test: (A) Firmicutes; (B) Bacteroidetes; (C) Fusobacteria. Data are reported as mean and standard error.
