I was unnable to add the statistical test used in this study because it was not mentioned. however, i tried accessing the supplementary figure 2 where the results for differentially abundant taxa where mentioned and could not because the paper needs to be paid for before i can. I was able to get the main paper at sci hub but couldnt get the supplemantery figures. @lwaldron
I replaced Prevotella 1, Prevotella 2 and Prevotella 6 which was mentioned in the paper to Prevotella sp. 1-8 with missing NCBI ID 1486937 in this study
