Discuss Identification of Gut Microbiome and Metabolites Associated with Acute Diarrhea in Cats
The condition of study on my paper is Acute Diarrhea, but acute diarrhea is not an option on the drop-down, hence I chose Diarrhea which is a broader term for the condition.
For the signatures: Prevotella copri a specie under the Prevotella genus has a different name in the NCBI taxonomy site which is Segatella corpi with ID:165178. also, Clostridium spirofome a specie of Erysipelatoclostridium the genus, are both identified by different names on the site: Thomasclavelia spiroformis (specie) and Thomasclavelia(genus)
Finally, the genus Libanicoccus is Identified by the name Parolsenella,ID:2082587 on the NCBI site.
I have updated the listed signatures to their matched names on the NCBI site in my curation.
